What we collect. Your name and email, the family's name and mailing address, and your note. Squarespace's checkout and its payment company handle your payment; we never see your card number.

Who we share it with. Squarespace (runs the site and checkout), the payment company, Handwrytten (writes and mails the card) and, for bear orders, the bear's maker (ships the bear). Nobody else. We never sell your information.

Our email list. Only if you sign up. Every email has a way to leave.

Seeing or changing your information. Write to us through our Contact page and we'll show you what we have, fix it, or delete what the law lets us delete.

Tracking. Squarespace counts visits to this site and uses its own cookies to do it. We add no ad trackers.

Changes. We post any change on this page with a new effective date. Effective 19 Oct 2026.
